Remote Access Tools for Support

Please install these tools for remote support from ICSPro Technicians.


Please UNZIP the file after it downloads to your computer.

For Technical support, install the AGENT6.1 file.

For Server or ongoing support, please install the Host6.1 file.

The installation of the Agent should be installed using administrative privileges and may require you to right click and choose “run as administrator.” When done, it should provide you with an Internet ID and Password as you see in the video. Be sure you are connected in order for remote support to be successful.
